After obtaining a BA in Media Production with a Minor in Business, Chandler began his real estate journey in Santa Monica, where he was fortunate to be mentored by the renowned Fred Leeds. His tenure at Marcus & Millichap was spent specializing in multi-family property sales. Chandler's contributions were instrumental in making his team the top-producing Multi-family sales group, achieving remarkable annual sales averaging over $250 million.
